Böhler Profil produces near net-shaped special profiles depending on dimension with different rolling lines. Larger cross sections get their profiles on the hot-rolling line. Smaller cross sections are manufactured by a computer-controlled conti-rolling line.

The material passes several deformation stages, rolls and heating ovens. Therefore, special sections meet the highest demands regarding deformation and tolerances.
