According to Rule 34 of the Austrian Code of Corporate Governance the companies shall disclose the internal rules of the Supervisory Board concerning the establishment of committees and their scope of competence. Since the internal rules of the Supervisory Board of BÖHLER-UDDEHOLM AG (Geschäftsordnung des Aufsichtsrates) are presently only available in German language, this disclosure can only be found in the German version of the Company’s website.
